Zahi Hawass believes so, based on some coins with Cleopatra's head, a bust, and the fragment of a mask he believes is Mark Antony because of the dimple in the chin. In his favor is the spot. While many believed Cleopatra's tomb was in her palace complex (which lies underwater now), the proposed site is some 30 miles away. I'll be interested to know more.
